A woman who fears her lover will die of the Alzheimer's that runs in his family, begs him to drink from the River Mnemosyne, the river of remembering in Greek mythology. During the instrumental C-part, the vocalist plays a Native American flute that gives an otherworldly atmosphere to the song.
